Documents Required for Brazil Tourist Visa
- Original Passport (Validity should be at least 06 Months from the date of departure) and old passports, if any lost, GD copy (English) to be attached.
- Recent Passport size photo with white background 3 Copy
- Visiting Card
- For Business Person : Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English & Letterhead Pad, memorandum of article (for LTD company), Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.
- For Employee : NOC letter, Pay Slip- last 3 months / Salary statement, GO & Note verbal (for
official passport holders), ID card copy - For Retired Person: Retirement documents.
- Original Bank statement for last six months .
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- Update Income Tax Certificate / TIN
- Original and two photocopies of Police Clearance
- Student ID Card (if child travel with parent )
- Birth certificate / National ID Card (Photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate ( Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus) / Divorce certificate
(Talak Namah for Muslim) / Death certificate ( for widow or widowers)
