- All Original Passport (New Passport Validity should be at least 06 Months)
- Recent 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm size photo with white background (Mat Paper) 2 Copy
- Birth Certificate / National ID Card
- Marriage certificate, children's birth certificates
- Family information
- PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS
- Trade license, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC etc. (for Business Person)
- No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (for Employee )
- Pay Slip/ salary certificate for last 3 months (for Employees )
- Visiting Card
- Business Letter Head
- GO & Note verbal for official passport holders
- FINANCIAL DOCUMENTTS
- Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- Copies of documents showing other funds available such as FDR, Saving Certificates, share statement etc (if available)
- Asset Valuation Papers (if available)
- Income Tax Certificate.
