- Original Bank statement for last six months . Minimum Balance Taka 200,000/-
- Bank Solvency Certificate & Photocopy of a Blank check , 1 page
- N.O.C / G.O / Trade License Notarized Copy with Translate in English & Letterhead Pad
- TIN Certificate (English) & National ID Copy
- Visa form should notarize after fill up
